If you are engaging us on behalf of a minor, family member, or dependent, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We provide visa consultancy services, including eligibility assessment, document review, application preparation, embassy submission support, interview coaching, and status tracking for tourist, student, work, and family visas.

We also assist with related travel services such as forex, travel insurance, and flight or itinerary bookings, where you choose to opt in to these add-ons.

Our role is to guide and support your application. The final decision to grant, refuse, or delay any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and is entirely outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently engage our services, or must be represented by a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor applicant.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. We are not liable for delays, refusals, or penalties arising from incorrect, incomplete, or forged information supplied by you.

You must respond to document requests and scheduling communications within the timelines we specify, as embassy and consulate deadlines are often fixed and non-negotiable.

You are responsible for ensuring your passport, financial standing, and personal circumstances meet the requirements of the destination country at the time of application.

Our consultancy fees are communicated to you in advance and are separate from government, embassy, and visa application centre fees, which are set by the respective authorities and are non-refundable once paid.

Full or partial payment of our service fee may be required before we begin preparing your application, as specified in your service agreement.

We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and cash at our office. Instalment plans are available for select student visa packages.

Prices displayed on our website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on your specific visa category, destination, and the complexity of your case.

You may cancel our services in writing before we begin substantive work on your application, in which case our service fee, less any administrative costs already incurred, will be refunded.

Once we have submitted your application, prepared your documentation, or booked an embassy appointment on your behalf, our service fee becomes non-refundable, as the work has been performed.

Government, embassy, courier, and third-party fees are never refundable by us, regardless of the outcome of your application, as these are collected and retained by the respective authorities.

We do not guarantee visa approval, and a visa refusal by an embassy or consulate does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of our consultancy fee.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with their operation, or upload harmful code.

Prices, processing times, and destination information on our website are provided for general guidance and may change without notice due to embassy policy updates.

You are responsible for keeping any login credentials used to access our client portal confidential and secure.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, checklists, and templates, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our checklists, guides, or website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We exercise due care and professional diligence in preparing and submitting your application, but we do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions made by embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities.

We are not liable for losses arising from visa refusal, processing delays, changes in embassy policy, flight or hotel cancellations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, political events, or public health restrictions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the consultancy fee you paid us for that specific application.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information you provided, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the immigration laws of the destination country.

We may suspend or terminate our services if you provide false information, fail to make required payments, or use our services for an unlawful purpose.

Either party may terminate the engagement in accordance with the cancellation and refund terms described above.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from your use of our website or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page along with an updated "last revised" date.

Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
